Epoxy Urethane Polyurea Hybrid Concrete Floor Coatings
Versatile Building Products leads the industry in decorative chip and flake epoxy garage floor coatings for concrete. We have systems that can be installed in as little as 3 hours as well as epoxy systems that have little, odor or flammability issues. We were the first to introduce a rollable Chemical Resistant 100% Solids Polyurea that has a 30 minute pot life, giving the applicator plenty of time to get it down on the floor evenly. We are also the first to develop a 3 step hybrid system that can be installed in 3 hours with materials that have potlifes over an hour. Not only is it fast but it is applicator friendly. We also have systems that can be installed in the cold or over high moisture emission slabs. VBP products range from traditional high VOC CRU's to cutting edge Waterbased CRU's that do not outgas at 10 wet mils. When it comes to Epoxy Garage Floor Coatings no one else does it better!
