Waterborne Epoxy Technology

4010 and 4020 Colorseal are a waterborne pigmented epoxy sealer designed for use over concrete. The Epoxy Colorseal utilizes a crosslinking technology that allows it to breathe out moisture emissions found on high MVT slabs. 4010 and 4020 Epoxy are used as a chip receiver coat as well as a final coat for monolithic floors. Due to its waterborne technology, the epoxy Color Seal is very user friendly and can be used in most areas.

4010 is designed to be chipped quickly and it also has a short potlife when compared to 4020.

4020 is designed to have twice as much chipping time and potlife as 4010 making it ideal for the summer months.
